On March 21 we went to Teatro Wüstenrot with our and other classes for the Romeo and Juliet play. It was a story about two young people from enemy families in Verona (Italy) who fell in love. The thing I liked the most about this play was incorporating a modern element in it, so that it was really funny sometimes. I also liked the performance of the actors more than in the last play we went to.
I'm glad we were on a trip like this and I’m looking forward to more theatre plays like this.

ROMEO AND JULIET
Romeo and Juliet fall in love at a party. But they come from families which hate each other. They are sure they will not be allowed to marry. Friar Laurence helped them to marry. Unfortunately, before their wedding night Romeo kills Juliet's cousin in a duel and he is forced to leave her in the morning. If he ever returns to the city, he will be put to death. Juliet's parents told her she had to marry Paris. Her parents do not know she is already married. She refuses in the beginning but later agrees because she plans to fake her death and escape to be with Romeo forever. Friar Laurence designs the plan. He gives Juliet a sleeping potion. She seems to be dead and was put in the grave. However, Romeo does not know about the plan, so he visits her grave. He thinks she is dead and kills himself with potion. When Juliet finally wakes up she discovers that Romeo is dead and then she stabs herself with knife.
FEEDBACK: I liked this performance because the actors were excellent. It was really emotional, and I like stories like that. The vibe of it was surreal and I really enjoyed it.
